fix(móvil): la barra inferior no se veía en un teléfono real - #81

Cuatro fallos que solo aparecen en un dispositivo de verdad, y que el emulador no reproduce porque allí el viewport y `innerHeight` coinciden. - La barra iba al final de una columna de `100vh`. En un navegador móvil eso no es la altura visible, sino la que habría con las barras retraídas, así que caía por debajo del corte. Ahora es `fixed` y el armazón mide `100dvh`. - Faltaba `interactive-widget=resizes-content`: al cerrar el teclado la página se quedaba corrida hacia un lado. - El menú del sprint se salía por un borde o por el otro según hubiera o no filtro de etiquetas, que es lo que decide en qué columna cae su botón. - El botón del índice de la KB deja de flotar y pasa a la fila del título.
