Implement more Jelly-SPARQL commands - #341

- Add `sparql inspect` command - Add `sparql validate` command - Add more options for conversions to Jelly-SPARQL (e.g., set custom lookup sizes) - Add conversions between Jelly-RDF and Jelly-SPARQL to the existing to-jelly/from-jelly commands. The commands are useful for creating Jelly-SPARQL benchmarks, for example. This of course only works for result sets with 3 or 4 columns.

it's not global, it's an object inside a class. So, in this class it's a singleton :D

yeah we've been doing that for some time now. Beats adding a new dependency... we just need to write a small subset of it.
