Full local narration stems above 15 MiB were rejected using model-reference limits, and project asset lists hid older media after 30 items per type. Local browser/MCP imports now allow audio up to 128 MiB while model references remain capped at 15 MiB. Project-scoped media lists return all project members; global recent lists stay capped at 30 per type.
Also retain the additional project-creation browser regression tests from upstream PR BeatAPI#22. Its implementation is already on this fork's main; no duplicate implementation merge is needed.
