Raspberry Pi 5 compatibility #74

Description

@actionschnitzel

Since the release of the Pi 5, I have extensively tested it. The method used by Commander Pi is only suitable for the Pi 4 or older. If users of your program attempt to overclock a Pi 5, they will encounter a freeze. It is advisable to label your program as not compatible with Pi 5 in version 1.0 or to include the variable over_voltage_delta=, as explained here in Jeff Geerling's blog.
