Closing since amRdata isn't being submitted to Bioconductor, so the CI vignette failure is cosmetic and not worth fixing now. |

This was introduced when PR #13 merged. Marking the affected chunks
eval = FALSElets the vignette render with code visible but unevaluated — readers can copy-paste to run locally where they have Docker + BV-BRC access.setupandfunctionschunks are unaffected since they only load libraries and define functions.Fixes CI failures currently visible on PR #18.
