forecasting_rmse_v1so native AOB evaluation and Harbor can score timestamped forecasts usingrmse_thresholdfrom private scenario metadata. The checker derives the horizon from ground truth, requires the complete chronological timestamp grid and finite numeric values, and applies an inclusive RMSE cutoff. It supports any horizon length and uses stable arithmetic for large finite errors. Invalid predictions score zero; invalid verifier configuration or ground truth raises a harness error.
Validation:
python -m pytest src/evaluation/tests -q— 231 passed, including 36 forecasting tests. All fixtures use synthetic identifiers, billion-scale values, large artificial cutoffs and far-future timestamps. This PR contains only the checker, registry registration and tests.
