…motes device-multi.yaml and DOCS now show the `<<: *irdb` merge-key pattern so adding a remote is one line instead of repeating url/ref per package.

url:/ref:once in a&irdbYAML anchor and reuse it per remote with<<: *irdb— so adding a remote is one line. Applied to firmware-test/device-multi.yaml (still compiled by CI) and documented in DOCS.
