building on Marvin fails with undefined reference to `dgtsv_' #118

Description

@mvhulten

There is problem compiling TSMP2/eCLM in the linking phase on Marvin:

~/software/models/TSMP2$ ./build_tsmp2.sh eCLM

I have compiled eCLM on Marvin in the past with success.
There is no problem with compiling ParFlow.

    This issue is the same as #89. @mvhulten could you explicitly load a LAPACK library on your Marvin env file and then retry?

    EDIT: Marco you can directly commit your Marvin env file changes in HPSCTerrSys/TSMP2#133

    I'll also look at this issue (it should be taken care of, so it is a regression) and try to put a fix in there as needed:

    Sourcing environment...
    WARNING: Unknown default environment for machine 'login01'
    ERROR: TSMP2_ENV_FILE is not set.

    That ERROR is fixed in 11c38a2.

    This issue is resolved by db32985.

    The Fixes #118 will try at merge to close an unrelated already merged PR in the TSMP2 repo. I did not realise I commited to a different repo. Don't try to understand it, there are no side effects beyond a spurious remark in something no one will look at.
