The package is already at 3.2.4 (
Version::VERSION, from #35) and no v3.2.4 tag exists, so I extended the 3.2.4 CHANGELOG section with the behavior changes from #37: the rules refresh is scheduled only whenprojectIdis set, persistence keys use a wall-clock epoch nanosecond stamp, andEventBuffer::getStats()gainsautoFlushRunning. No version string changed.Gate on this branch:
make lint,bin/test_agent.php(663 passed),bin/test_shutdown.php, the coverage runner (100.00% lines) andcomposer audit --lockedexit 0 against a private Redis. I did not tag or release.
