add a "No Prayer" tag for areas like the existing "No Cannon" tag. Activating prayers checks for this tag and prevents prayer usage if present for an area. Add some dialog to NPCs around but not directly involved with the quest, like Elkoy and Kalron who you can encounter while traveling through the maze to get to Tree Gnome Village. Added a few more named area teleports surrounding this quest. Implemented Mithril seeds. Implemented "Squeeze-through" for Loose Railings at Tree Gnome Village. Implemented Elkoy's "Follow" command after starting TGV quest (but TGV quest not implemented yet).
