Ubuntu 26.04 is not a released or stable version of Ubuntu. Ubuntu LTS versions are released on a two-year cycle in April of even years, making 26.04 a future release that does not currently exist. Attempting to build this Dockerfile will fail because the mirror.gcr.io/library/ubuntu:26.04 image tag is not available. Please revert this change to a valid LTS version like 24.04.
