This PR cannot be merged because it breaks the cross-language version consistency contract for gaming_analytics_java and causes fatal CI check failures.

   scikit-learn in scripts/requirements-model.txt (1.9.1) does not match RecommendationInference.HARNESS_REQUIREMENTS (1.7.2).
2. Docker images build (python /tmp/train_model.py):
   Fails fast because sklearn.__version__ (1.9.1) != PINNED_SKLEARN_VERSION (1.7.2).

Architectural Context

In pipelines/gaming_analytics_java, scikit-learn is intentionally pinned across three places that must move together:

• pipelines/gaming_analytics_java/scripts/requirements-model.txt
• RecommendationInference.HARNESS_REQUIREMENTS in src/main/java/.../gaming_analytics/transform/RecommendationInference.java
• PINNED_SKLEARN_VERSION in scripts/train_model.py

Furthermore, these versions are strictly pinned to match what is pre-baked into the Apache Beam Python SDK harness base image (apache/beam_python3.13_sdk:2.76.0). Updating scikit-learn in isolation causes unpickling incompatibilities and model scoring errors on Dataflow workers. These pins should only be updated in tandem when bumping the Apache Beam SDK version.
