Stacked on #85, so it'll retarget to main when #85 merges and its branch is deleted.

What changes

  • Hero: a screenshot of the live Crosswalk webapp, plus a button row for the webapp, the scanner, and the 2026 taxonomy.
  • New "Start here" section: the Crosswalk Visualizer and a DSGAI Scanner compliance dashboard side by side, each linking to its webapp or repo.
  • Crosswalk section: a framework-coverage screenshot.
  • Scanner section: a link to the full sample report.
  • Repository map: a Sibling repositories table for crosswalk and dsgai.
  • Counts: mapping counts now read 3,700+, since the live webapp shows 3,771 (the README said 3,800+).
  • No profile links: the LinkedIn links are removed from the README contact line, the acknowledgments, and CONTRIBUTING.md. Names are kept.
  • Acknowledgments: the DSGAI Scanner was initiated by Emmanuel Guilherme Junior and Harish Ramachandran, and Harish is credited as the initial contributor.

The screenshots were captured from the live sites on 2026-10-04 and are stored in assets/readme/ (about 460 KB total).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Adds a "Start here" section with screenshots of the live Crosswalk
webapp and a DSGAI Scanner report, side by side, each linking to its
webapp or repo. Also puts a hero screenshot in the header, a framework
coverage view in the Crosswalk section, and a sibling-repos table
under the repository map. Mapping counts now read 3,700+, in
line with the live webapp (3,771). Screenshots live in assets/readme/.

Applies the no-profile-links rule: names stay, LinkedIn links go
(README contact and acknowledgments, CONTRIBUTING). Acknowledgments
credit the scanner's initiators, Emmanuel Guilherme Junior and Harish
Ramachandran, with Harish as the initial contributor.

* chore: move the DSGAI scanner to GenAI-Security-Project/dsgai

The scanner now lives in its own repository, which carries the folder's
full history up to #84 (byte-identical to this tree at that point) and
has continued development since.

Removes dsgai_scanner_tool/ and everything that only served it: the
scanner-lint and scanner-selftest workflows, the four [scanner] issue
templates, the fixture secret_scanning ignore, the CODEOWNERS entry,
the pip Dependabot block and the benchmark holdback ignore. README,
SECURITY.md and the issue chooser now point to the dsgai repo.
