feat: add HINC and USDC redemption token icons

Adds the missing hinc.svg and usdcredemptionfromhinc.svg so all four requested assets in the STAC/HINC fork resolve through the existing lowercase, spaces/slashes-removed symbol naming rule. stac.svg and usdcredemptionfromstac.svg already exist and are reused unchanged.

HINC uses Securitize's published artwork, converted losslessly to an embedded PNG for SVG renderer compatibility. Its redemption icon reuses the existing 24×24 USDC/source-token layout and USDC paths. No address mapping or strategy configuration changes are needed.

Verified identities

Ethereum chain ID 1. Verified against the supplied fork's deployment snapshot (block 26134372) and read-only RPC at block 26134414. Receipt symbols below are frontend display symbols; their on-chain symbols are srpSTAC_USDC and srpHINC_USDC. Both receipt gateways were checked to point to the corresponding source fund and underlying USDC (0xA0b86991c6218b36c1d19D4a2e9Eb0cE3606eB48).

Validation

• TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, build and config generation passed.
• All four SVGs parsed and rendered; rendered previews inspected directly. In-app browser unavailable, so browser QA was not performed.
• New SVGs are self-contained, with no scripts or remote image references. Decoded HINC source pixels and existing USDC target paths are preserved.
• Only the two icon assets are committed; generated configs and fork evidence are excluded.
