The backport of 'Fix error installing addons as dependencies' (main commit 4c46683) lost the AddonManager.py and addonmanager_workers_startup.py hunks, leaving code that joins Addon objects as if they were strings. Restore those hunks, and remove the MessageDialog import that became unused (dropped from the backport of 548b79e as ac1816e).
