• Replace the deprecated @svitejs/changesets-changelog-github-compact with @changesets/changelog-github (disableThanks, like react-live)
• scripts/changelog.js now only drops "Updated dependencies" lines (fixed group would list sibling bumps in every changelog)
• Rendered the 8 pending changesets with both: same entries; entries now lead with PR + commit links, and bare #123 references are linked
• devDependencies and config only, no changeset
