Fork Horizon is an independent development label by Kiryl Shcherbo, focused on open-source developer tools, Unity automation, AI-assisted local workflows, macOS utilities, and indie game projects.
I use this organization to publish public projects, technical experiments, and tools that grew out of my own development workflow. Some projects started as personal work before Fork Horizon and were later moved here for public release and long-term maintenance.
Open-source Unity Editor automation package for local AI tools and developer workflows. It exposes Unity scene, asset, code, log, test, inspection, and UI automation through local JSON-RPC and MCP-compatible workflows.
Local macOS dashboard for GitHub Actions repositories, self-hosted runners, local logs, Ollama, Unity/Nexus, and validation scripts.
Lightweight macOS menu bar app that keeps your preferred microphone selected, especially for AirPods workflows where output should stay on AirPods and input should return to the MacBook microphone.
Fork Horizon also publishes indie game work and public game showcases. Source code may stay private when a game is released as a playable product rather than an open-source project.
