Replace the last Applications card's description and image with the torque monitoring demo, embedded as a YouTube video with a custom thumbnail. Application items take an optional videoId.

Per review: the quality card now sits second and its link points at the industrial AI page. The connect card uses the protocol flow screenshot from the energy & utilities page instead of the DevOps pipelines one.

Swaps the last card in the Applications section of
/industries/automotive/(previously focused on traceability) for the torque monitoring demo.Implementation
