Updated to include a gitignore with some defaults.
Updated gitignore Settings
The Example HTML got updated
Updates the script to allow for parameters to be used. Sets the defaults to the folder its in, and the environment variables if they are set. Defaults to HTML, rather than UI.
Added the ability to stream some of the formatted HTML into the HTML file, and parse the data after the folders were enumerated, and validated for permissions.
Updated button order of Collapse and Expand.
Updated Streaming HTML and UI options.

The defaults allow Ninja RMM to be used, and adds the nesting features for the directories and permissions that are visible.
