feat(web): panel social cards for projects and products - #1055

Add a ChangeIntel-style 'panel' card layout: accent bar, identity row, eyebrow, stepped title, description, chips with the site address, and a right panel with the page image or headline stats. Social.GeneratedCardCollections gives whole collections generated cards, with a page image shown inside the card instead of replacing it. Also report generated card dimensions even when a page declares its image size, and keep release versions when shortening long tags.

Project and product collections can use generated branded share cards while retaining a page image inside the card. The new
panellayout places the title, description, platform chips, and site address beside either the page image or headline project metrics. It supports product accents, localized site addresses, and long titles.Enable the layout through the existing social configuration:
meta.social_card: falseremains an opt-out. Image lookup supports the existingog_imageandtwitter_imagealiases. Generated cards report their own dimensions, and release metrics preserve semantic versions with prerelease labels and build metadata. The strict site schema now covers the current social options, includingpanel, theme overrides, and custom metrics.Validation: all 74 focused social-card tests pass. An independent local review and targeted confirmation are complete; dark and light cards, including a long title, were inspected as rendered images.
