Add a dedicated secure setting for empty-space Home double-tap-to-sleep. Keep it separate from keyguard DT2S, consume only active HOME wallpaper tap commands, use Android double-tap timing/slop, and perform sleep via PowerManager outside the WindowManager global lock.
