Element specific tests #18

#16 introduced the potential to run only the nodal integration tests without the requirement of sampling from the external source/model. This is beneficial as we in this case decouple the sampling functionality from the EMX implementation within the testset.

This is not yet implemented, but would be a beneficial to implement.

Task

The general task can be summarized as separating the tests for the sampling functionality from the EMX integration tests.

• Based on the existing tests, create simple EMX test cases that do not require the sampling routines.
• Simplify the sampling tests to only test that the constructor for sampling is working.
