Adds GPSQR, a full-screen GPS and ELRS telemetry widget for color radios that
keeps a scannable Google-Maps QR code of the model's last known position on
screen, so a downed model can be found with a phone.
The screenshot is rendered from the widget's own draw calls with synthetic
coordinates. All tags used are already present elsewhere in scripts.json.
