Open the data view from an Extended view button

Small changes

• Opening: a floating "Data" button sits beside the top of the chart panel.
• Leaving: a "Map" back button, Escape, and the browser back button all return to the map at the same view, with the chart panel open again. Browser forward reopens the view without a reload.
• Local/UTC moves from Settings into the extended view's plot controls. The time-basis chip is gone; the fingerprint caption and tooltips still name the basis.
• Removes the "No point picked yet" empty state, since the view only opens with a point picked, and deletes MainViewSwitch.
• On phones, the back button sits on the left above the title so the floating theme, guide and GitHub buttons no longer cover it.
• The tour now says UTC is switched in the extended view.
