ci+data: refresh embedded price snapshot on SDE update - #9

The embedded snapshot was stale (jita44-20261003, sde_build 3569502) so any session without an injected snapshot warned "price snapshot for SDE build 3569502, engine data is 3586130". - sde-update now downloads the newest EXFA-Data prices-* release during the update job and rewrites crates/exfa-core/data + the EMBEDDED_* consts (data stamps the new SDE's build before dispatching, so the pair stays aligned; on mismatch it embeds anyway and warns in CI). - Embed jita44-20261008T063509Z (sde_build 3586130, 9076 types). - The type-count assertion moves to EMBEDDED_TYPES so the rewrite stays mechanical (verified by embedded_snapshot_identity_and_jcs). provenance.price_snapshot_id/snapshot_time bytes changed with the embedded snapshot bump (stripped base sha is unaffected). Regenerated with the release binary on dataset-3586130-r7 — identical to the value the CI gate computed.
