  1. Brings in @cecilehannay's mod to adjust the dust bins to include coarser dust.
  2. Corrects species density for modal dust
  3. Brings in Claude's suggested fix for volume-based dust density

The changed files look good to me. I plotted the dust dep fluxes through the cpl and the budgets are now closing with emission fluxes total matching the deposition total.

Looking at Simone's run
/glade/derecho/scratch/tilmes/archive/b.e30_alpha10c.B1850C_MTt4s.ne30_t233_wgx3.402/atm/hist/b.e30_alpha10c.B1850C_MTt4s.ne30_t233_wgx3.402.cam.h0a.003[1-9]-*.nc

Dust emission (SFdst_a1-a3) is now globally summed to 2067 Tg/yr, and dust dep through the cpl (a2x_DSTWET1-4 + a2x_DSTDRY1-4) is now globally summed to 2072 Tg/yr. They are balancing each other, so it's good. I think it's good to go, thanks!
