The image's
/etc/os-releasegave its pretty name asKryptik (pre-alpha), the stage 2 init script it ships called a missing service database "expected in a pre-alpha image", andmake helpended on "Status: pre-alpha". A release would have carried all three.build/recipes/etc.sh:PRETTY_NAME="Kryptik".build/recipes/init.sh:rc.initreports a missing s6-rc database without calling it expected, and its comment says why it reports at all; the comment inrc.shutdownkeeps its reason and loses its history.Makefile:make helpends by pointing atdocs/status.mdanddocs/roadmap.md.etcandinitare in the tail of stage 04, after every package, so the steps that build again are the configuration ones: no package and no kernel is rebuilt.
