The agent_redteam feature flag was removed; AI Agent Red Teaming is now available on any instance whose license includes Sensei. Update the requirements, the intro note, and the troubleshooting entry to stop telling readers to enable a feature flag.

Description
AI Agent Red Teaming (the agentsec Sensei capability) has reached general availability. The
agent_redteamfeature flag has been removed, so the capability is now available on any instance whose license includes Sensei, with no feature flag to enable.This updates the Sensei documentation to match:
agent_redteamfeature flag under Settings > Feature Flags" instruction.This is the documentation half of the corresponding DefectDojo Pro change that removes the flag; both target the same release line.
