Docker SSI: roolback apm test agent

Motivation

The latest Test Agent update is causing HTTP port conflicts in the Docker SSI scenario.

For now, we don’t need any of the latest Test Agent features, so we are reverting the change introduced in this PR: #7246

Changes

Workflow

@robertomonteromiguel Just curious if it will be possible to fix dd-apm-test-agent to use latest version in all places?
It is inconvenient and confusing to have more than one version in code.
