What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Workflow Automation is now GA on US1-FED (DOCS-15926) and in Preview on US2-FED (DOCS-15927), so it is no longer unsupported on any site. This removes the
workflowsandworkflow-automationsite-support keys and the pages' ids that pointed to them, and adds a gov2 Preview note to the Workflow Automation pages, the CSM Workflows page, and Incident Automations.Supersedes #40600.
