Distinguish the click overlay retention period from the Session Replay background screenshot retention period, and document how to view heatmaps beyond the default 30-day replay retention.

Convert the retention breakdown to a table, scope the save-a-screenshot workaround to Product Analytics, and note that RUM heatmaps are not available past 30 days. Add links to the data retention periods and extended retention references.

Note on the Session Replay page that adding a replay to a playlist or saving it as a heatmap screenshot extends retention to 15 months.

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-15443
Clarifies that a heatmap combines two separately-retained pieces of data: the click/scroll overlay and the Session Replay background screenshot. Adds a new "Analyzing heatmaps beyond replay retention" section explaining how to save a screenshot to keep viewing older heatmap data, and expands the "No Replay Data" troubleshooting entry to cover the retention-mismatch case.
