Update APM SDK benchmarks reference

What Does This Do

This PR updates the pinned apm-sdks-benchmarks GitLab CI includes and runtime clones to
DataDog/apm-sdks-benchmarks@0899730be7696774b222937adfc6583932c050e1.

Motivation

Keep Java SDK benchmarks current while retaining reproducible CI configuration.

More details

The updated YAML anchor supplies the same commit to all benchmark includes and to APM_SDKS_BENCHMARKS_SHA. This keeps the CI includes and runtime clones on one pinned commit.
