- contains simple basic test for integration: chatCommands / configs, and one unit: configs
- adds workflow for backend-testing
- replace babel into ts-jest
…version 29 - remove Babel-related packages from devDependencies in package.json. - update Jest and added jest-util and ts-jest to devDependencies. - add a new mock setup file for Jest tests to mock external dependencies. - update tsconfig.json to include isolatedModules for better module handling.
