Code Review
This pull request updates the support email address from 'support@dos.ai' to 'help@dos.ai' in the environment variables template (.env.example) and as the fallback constant in the application constants (packages/lib/constants/app.ts). There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
One-value follow-up to PR #21 (batch 2, reviewer-approved mechanism): default the support contact to help@dos.ai instead of support@dos.ai - touches only the SUPPORT_EMAIL fallback in packages/lib/constants/app.ts and its .env.example documentation. Override stays available via NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL.
JOY-directed value change; no other diff.

help@dos.ai. The example configuration has also been updated to use this address. If a custom support email is configured, it continues to take precedence over the default.
