Both PRs add the labeled region relationship to OverviewStats, while #396 also replaces the hard-coded button/content IDs with useId()-derived IDs so multiple component instances cannot create duplicate DOM IDs or cross-wire aria-controls/aria-labelledby. #320 has no distinct behavior beyond that stricter implementation.
