fix: update CodeBoarding dependency to 0.14.2

Re-pin the analysis engine to codeboarding 0.14.2. Do not merge until 0.14.2 is published to PyPI — the install step runs pip install codeboarding==0.14.2.

Also fixes existing pin drift: action.yml and supported-providers.json were on 0.13.11 while the README still said 0.13.10. All four sites now agree.
