Add localized demo videos and use them in the site hero - #3

Add a 64-second HyperFrames walkthrough of Risk Gate running as a GitHub Actions step, rendered in English, Portuguese, and Spanish from real risk-gate v0.1.0 output. The source, render script, and synthesized audio live in docs/demo/video; the README links the English cut and the others. The marketing site hero now plays the cut that matches the selected language (Japanese and Chinese use the English cut). site/assets/demo holds symlinks to docs/demo, which upload-pages-artifact dereferences, and the Pages workflow also runs when the rendered videos change. The overlays drawn for the previous abstract animation are removed because they covered the video's own captions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
