Researchers can now browse persisted publications and download a page of metadata directly from the dashboard. The dedicated Publications view works independently of fixture evidence, supports title search and ten-record pagination, and exports the submitted query's displayed records through the publication manifest endpoint.
The client checks the export schema, query, pagination, identifiers, revisions, titles, origin labels, and internal manifest references before downloading JSON. Changed results require a refresh; empty pages and unavailable storage are handled explicitly. Request-generation guards prevent late responses from replacing a newer view or starting a download after navigation. The server-provided fingerprint is preserved; independent cryptographic verification remains the documented API procedure.
Validation: TypeScript and Vite build passed. Playwright browser checks passed on desktop and mobile using mocked API responses, including actual downloaded JSON, query encoding, pagination, empty results, changed revisions, unsupported formats, storage failure/retry, and delayed navigation responses. Screenshots were visually inspected. All 80 tracked Markdown documents pass the structural audit. A separate read-only code review found no actionable defects. GitHub Actions results will be added after completion.
