• Define run_chrome_devtools_mcp_unit_tests and run_chrome_devtools_mcp_e2e_tests via node_script_test in tests/BUILD.gn and wire them into the root default group in BUILD.gn.
• Update scripts/test.js to accept --build-dir and --suite=unit|e2e|all and run Node using process.execPath from the project root.
• Resolve compiled entrypoints and snapshot paths relative to import.meta.dirname and spawn child Node processes via process.execPath so wrapper scripts run from any build directory.
