• Lotus Miner creating a miner and pledging a sector through Forest's RPC. Mirrors Lotus testNonGenesisMiner and TestPledgeSectors (single sector, real 2 KiB proofs). Sector power is not checked: it stays zero until the first window PoSt, which is beyond CI.
