Purpose
Prior to the Angular release, files attached to draft registrations could be previewed directly within the registration. This functionality no longer exists in Angular.

Side Effects
The ticket is related to allow file preview on draft registration click and for now there is attachment add functionality on file click so both actions happen on the click, maybe it will be needed another one ticket to allow to select specific file as attachment if pointer is not clicked on file name and is clicked out of the stuff like it similar to files selection
