Match same-numbered issues-json slices by position - #158

splitIssues now records each spec's input positions (entries), renderers resolve bodies positionally, and dispatch persists entry-indexed bodies+shapes so rework/continuation files keep the right slice too. Number-lookup fallbacks preserve old callers and old state. Fixes #144.

Fixes #144. splitIssues records input positions (entries) per spec; task-file renderers resolve bodies positionally; dispatch persists entry-indexed bodies+shapes so rework/continuation files keep the right slice. Number-lookup fallbacks preserve hand-built specs and old state. Verified end-to-end on the round3 duplicate-127 input: each slice renders its own body (legacy path renders entry 1 twice). Regen'd architecture baseline for one template-clone hash (house pattern, same class as #128).
