plans/parallel-tasks/ holds splitter-generated scratch. Untracked leftovers tripped the benchmark image build's clean-checkout guard and failed an RSI candidate evaluation. Fixes #156.

Fixes #156: leftover plans/parallel-tasks/ files failed an RSI candidate eval via build-image.mjs's clean-checkout guard. Verified the ignore rule matches generated files while plans/batch-tool.md stays tracked.
