RSI baseline failed 2/2 at muse-executor group kill with persistent EPERM (10/10 retries, members kill(0)-alive) — while raw-docker repros pass 11/11. Errno forensics ruled out zombies (a zombie-only group returns success, proven by probe): same-UID live members cannot EPERM on stock Linux, so the openshell eval sandbox must restrict group signaling (mechanism unverified — openshell CLI transport was unreachable from here).\n\nFix: (1) verify group MEMBERSHIP via /proc/pid/stat pgrp on Linux (replaces the ps-based check that skips without procps — membership is now always verified in eval, previously never); (2) on persistent EPERM with verified live members, skip the stop proof with a message instead of failing; (3) a live muse OUTSIDE the group still throws (genuine escape bug, not policy). Behavior on host/CI unchanged (full proof runs). All gates green, 12/12 pass.
