Adds a Dependabot v2 configuration to automate GitHub Actions dependency updates for this plugin repository, aligning updates with the repo’s develop-branch workflow practices.
Changes:
- Introduces
.github/dependabot.ymlenabling weekly GitHub Actions updates targetingdevelop. - Groups all GitHub Actions updates into a single PR and caps open PRs to 5.
- Applies a 7-day cooldown plus standard labels and a
cicommit-message prefix (with scope).
