The README listed available interface translations without stating how the sequence was determined. This updates the localization section to make clear that languages are listed by time of addition.

  • Documentation clarity

    • Adjust the interactive-mode localization text in README.md to explicitly state that the language list is ordered by when translations were added.
  • Localized language list

    • Preserve the existing set of supported locales while making the ordering rule visible at the point where the list is presented.
English is the default. The following translations are listed in the order they were added: German (`de`), Japanese (`ja`), Korean (`ko`), and Simplified Chinese (`zh`, `zh_CN`, `zh_SG`, or `zh_Hans`).
