Double check description for Sample and BioSample

Looking at https://github.com/BioSchemas/bioschemas-dde/blob/main/bioschemastypesdrafts.json, the description for Sample includes reference to some tables and concepts that probably were used during discussions but are not part of the website so we cannot use the text as it is now.

Also, please double check that the new type draft is aligned to DDE in DDE. What happens first, updating the website or updating the space in DDE? Sample draft in DDE only includes the PropertyValue property so does not reflect the version in https://github.com/BioSchemas/bioschemas-dde/blob/main/bioschemastypesdrafts.json

At the moment, blocking #706 because the TTL would already include the latest changes for Sample and BioSample

@ljgarcia I can confirm that the file is up-to-date (with a new description for Sample) and has both the Sample and BioSample types (and their properties); however, there's a bug in the DDE in that the cached version of that file seems to be overriding the new version for display. It may take awhile for us to fix the bug on our end, but don't let that stop you from moving forward.

I've also updated the DefinedTerm and DefinedTermSet profile jsonlds to the specifications folder. It triggered Sahar's script which ran fine up until the part for making a pull request. (It failed to authenticate). Maybe the token expired? @albangaignard can you check the credentials for Sahar's GH action workflow?

I will start processing the Sample and BioSample changes to create the webpages. If the DefinedTerm and DefinedTermSet get also in, we could also release a new version for the profiles (our releases are aggregated to more changes at once is better). @albangaignard please let us know if you have time to look at the GitHub actions related to these two new profiles. Thanks!

This issue should be resolved with:

Once those two pages are indexed on the website, we can close this issue. For now, I'll mark it as 'pending closure', to make it easier to find and close once those two pages are indexed.
