Update the included BeatBrowser to the immutable 1.3.2 release revision so new BeatGEO installs get the task workspace without native Chrome tab groups. Dependency policies and unrelated resolutions are unchanged.
Validated with frozen-lockfile installation, lint, 20 browser-lab tests, 16 script tests, and the actual extension preparation step, which produces manifest version 1.3.2.
