Point BeatGeo at the renamed BeatAPI/BeatBrowser repository and pin the revision whose installer and documentation use that name. Regenerate the dependency lockfile and align the attribution with the actual pinned revision. The npm import name and runtime command stay unchanged.
Validation: frozen dependency installation and workspace lint passed; CI covers the app, browser collectors and PostgreSQL integration.
