Update public methods documentation and TSP location commit reference

• Adjusted the count of unique public methods from 197 to 187 in the documentation.
• Updated the number of beta methods on nested beta sub-clients from 133 to 123.
• Corrected the number of methods for beta.voice_agents.telephony from 24 to 14.
• Removed deprecated methods from the list of public methods.
• Changed the commit reference in tsp-location.yaml to ca6532606645a9f69005bf52b1e53f37aad0c09b.
